Most of us use sterile water for our peptides. I find it hard to see in the slin pin. I also use a small amount of B12 in the peptides. The red color is very easy to see in the pin.

i wouldnt leave it in b12 for longer than a week. one of the prime reasons it is mixed with ba is to prevent nasties from growing in it. not sure if b12 would hinder growth or effect suspension of the compound though
