  • HGH and healing

OK family I am back after an extended leave for a dual surgery.
As you all know I had a dual surgery, 1 from the front going to the spine to install 2 cages and 1 from the back to install the rods and screws.
The first 2 weeks I was in the hospital or rehab. I started HGH starting week 3 when I was home and doing out patient rehab.
    My protocol was like this.

Week 3 I front loaded with 5 units of HGH a day mon - fri
Week 4 2 units of HGH a day mon - fri (I will continue with this until cleared by surgeon)

Healing is much faster surprising everyone involved in my care. Rehab people, surgeon, and general doctor. Saying it is surprising to reincorporate this fast soft and hard tissue.

Here is what I have noticed. Very little pain but inflammation was much greater for the week 3 post-op.

Thank you friend for helping me get the grey top.

If you guys have any injury add in HGH to help speed recovery.

That's awesome! Just HGH though? No AAS of any kind?

While in the hospital and rehab the nurses were around so much I could not do anything at all. When I got home I resumed my TRT as well as the HGH

Thanks. That's good to know. I would think the TRT played a big role too, especially in conjunction with the GH.

                Re: HGH and healing

Here is objective data on HGH.
It has been 4 weeks and 2 days since my surgery. The titanium cages were filled with bone chips for the fusion.
Compared to a healthy adult male I am at 7 weeks healing.
So the HGH made my healing almost 200%

I'll keep this in mind next time my back goes out, which will likely require a fusion if it's the same disc.

                        Re: HGH and healing

I used HGH with TB500 and I also saw a greatly increased healing rate from my spinal surgery. I had been taking HGH for a few months prior to the surgery so my body was "filled up" with it, so to speak. 3 hours after surgery (remove the C7 vertebrae, replace it with one from a bone bank, and fuce the C7 and C6 together) I was walking around unassisted. All the nurses and my doctor were simply amazed at my recovery speed. My doctor said it shows just how great of a surgeon he is (and to his benefit, he really was a great surgeon - and a funny guy - AND a body builder). HGH really does help.
