    The sub-Q absorption rate is lower then intra-M ideed, as there is much less blood flow to adipose tissue

      My sleep schedule is all over the place but when I workout is very consistent so I time everything around that for consistency. I was taking gh pre workout and in the beginning I felt a boost but as time went on i was dragging ass. I lift for 3.5-4 hrs so fatigue is not something I can afford. I switched to taking it post workout which is working much better. Ill pin, eat, and usually fall asleep for a couple hours at least.

        I've been doing mine all at once at night before going to sleep. Previously I was waking up around 4am to take it then go right back to sleep, but I'm liking this much better. I always hear about guys splitting their dose when taking 4iu or more per day. (ie... 2 in the morning and 2 at night, etc..) I typically take mine all at once. Any real benefit to splitting it up like that?

          only benefit from splitting it up is that you will get 2 or more pulses that way

            A very knowledge brother on another forum said he felt split doses helped him more when fat loss was the primary goal whereas taking one big dose before bed was better for mass. He would typically dose 10iu before bed.

              I'm liking it all at once before bed, so I guess I'll keep it this way for the time being. It's also the most convenient for me so it works out perfect.

                  your doing 4iu's i think you will keep seeing the same positive results you have been seeing at a 2iu/2iu split if you took 4iu all at once before bed. If anything you may get a better night sleep and the convenience/consistency is a very good thing.

                    I've noticed something over the past few weeks. Now it may be just coincidence and there are a million other factors that can affect this, but I really tried not to change anything else at all. I started taking my GH in the morning right when I wake up and over the past few weeks I've seen a big difference in the way I look and feel. Taking it in the morning, I've noticed I'm not as puffy and swollen. My muscles still have the same perpetual fullness that they always have while I'm on it, but the puffiness is significantly diminished and I'm noticing quite a bit more vascularity. When I started taking it all at once at night before bed, one of the first things I thought was that I felt a lot more "puffy" during the day. I just brushed it aside, but now after switching back to mornings and noticing this, thought it was pretty interesting.

                      that's good stuff man. if it works then i say go with it haha. i have always been a fan of first thing in the am for the majority of the time anyway. that way as long as you are sleeping good at night you can get 2 pulses of gh daily. toss in some peps into the equation if you can and tolerate it and you can get multiple pulses a day. almost like when you were young and growing naturally

                        Hell yeah, that was actually my thought process going into switching it to mornings for a bit, 2 pulses a day. So far I'm still sleeping great at night, so I'll stick with it.

                          Thanks for updating us Yoh! sounds like for you pre-bed dosing gave some unwanted water retention.

                          And I agree with guns01, if it aint broken dont fix it.

                              no, i have actually known and seen some guys do short mega bursts of 25-50iu a day over 3-4 days then they take a few weeks off and then go back at it again. crazy if you ask me but i have seen it done.

                                Like 200iu over 4 days then stop for 3 weeks? I have never read anything like that being done. I am intrigued to know what the benefit is.
