            16oz whole milk,1/2 cup blue berries,& 1/2 serv of Mutant Mass

            Notes

            I am beginning to get side effects from SD.

            Back pumps I had to bump taurine up to 5 grams today.The back bumps are getting out of hand.
            Blood pressure is fine due to supps
            No liver pain or dark urine
            Lethargy is manageable so far.

            I am beginning to notice that I am gaining strength on all my lifts.I am lifting and eating big.


            ALSO I AM OUT OF MY MK677 & WON'T BE GETTING NEW BOTTLE UNTIL NEXT FRIDAY.

                      Ok I need some advice.I planned on running the SD for 21 days.I am aware of all the major side effects such as back pumps,lethargy, LDL & HDL Cholesterol levels and hepatoxity.

                      Any thoughts on running it for 1 more week?
                      Has any one ran SD for 4 weeks??

                        since you have all your organ protection supps and other things in check as well as feeling good, i say why not. i honestly dont think another 7 days is going to hurt you at all

                          Yeah I am going to do it.The #1 issue for me are the back & calf pumps.I am drinking a gallon or more of water and using the taurine too.

                          also going to drop shouleder day and focus on BP,Squats and D/L's.
