Hgh serum vs igf1 test

Was just reading a thread some of you may have seen. It basically says that HGH serum tests, while showing that you actually have real hgh, don't necessarily tell you how good your GH is because you may have Gh high in isomers rather than the biologically active monomers. So why not just get the IGF 1 serum test instead? Everyone seems to be getting the HGH Serum tests. Also is the protocol for IGF test the same as for the hgh serum test? (10 iu IM 3 hours prior to blood draw)

I would think the protocol would be a little different. Maybe pin a little longer prior to test to give it time to hit the liver then convert to igf1?

I read an article in this thread says igf1 levels peak 22 hours after injection.

when you run real gh for an extended period of time(months) it will actually keep your igf levels elevated really high depending on the quality of your gh. i have been preaching to get the igf tests done 45-60 days to test that you have good stuff as opposed to serum tests. i personally think the serum test is garbage and not a legit choice to determine that you have good gh. that of course is my opinion and everyone doesnt have the same views as i do but it is pretty hard to dispute that if your igf levels arent high after a month of actual gh that it is real but if you get a 30 on your serum and i only get a 1 or 2 from the same batch. these huge differences in serum are quite common and one of the main reasons i dont believe in them very much

So Ive been on approximately 4 months... Just go get tested one mooring with no change in protocol to my HGH injections?

yessir that is correct. your numbers should be quite elevated

I think both tests would be best if you want to know undisputably whether gh is real or not.
