Re: Frag 176-191 ?
So I pinned 300mcg last night before bed and none of the sweeting and hunger, but I just couldn't sleep. Now I have problems from time to time with that so it's hard to say if it was the frag or just me. Fell asleep around 5am and had to get up at 7. UHG!! pinned another 300mcg when I got up and again no problem so I think I will still do 600mcg ed but split it up to 300mcg 2x ed. Now would it be better 1st thing when I get up and post workout, or right before bed and post workout? Or am I totally off and there is a better protocol?
