    So I pinned 300mcg last night before bed and none of the sweeting and hunger, but I just couldn't sleep. Now I have problems from time to time with that so it's hard to say if it was the frag or just me. Fell asleep around 5am and had to get up at 7. UHG!! pinned another 300mcg when I got up and again no problem so I think I will still do 600mcg ed but split it up to 300mcg 2x ed. Now would it be better 1st thing when I get up and post workout, or right before bed and post workout? Or am I totally off and there is a better protocol?

      So I bumped it up a bit last night to check tolerance and was fine. Have not done the math, but 15 ticks was 600mcg so I went down to just past 7 for 300mcg. Last night went to 10. I will stay here for a couple more times and then slowly bump up again. I don't plan on passing 600mcg, but am curious to see if by building up to it eliminates the sides I had. After all, this is for research right?

        yessir, just because i tolerate 800 doesnt mean it will be good for you haha. got to start low and bump it up till you find your comfort and personal tolerance levels. i bet you are sleeping like a champ now

            the ones that put you into a deep sleep usually will animal. the cjc serm and gh frag or even the dsp will make you brain go nuts. gaba does it to me also on occasion depending on how tired i am

              Yea i been stacking cjc/no dac, ghrp 6, and frag. and take gaba at night. When I add some tren I probably wont be able to sleep for all the dreaming.

                I ran frag for contest prep this year and am continuing to run it to date as well. It worked wonders for me. I found 500mcg prior to bed (at least 2-3hrs after eating) was optimal. I would take another 500mcg in the morning before fasted cardio and drank aminos during. It causes the body to burn fat as opposed to muscle so no worries there. I can tell you first hand it does NOT affect blood sugars as I am type 1 diabetic and had no issues at all. I am highly educated in the blood sugar department (unfortunately). Just remember it's not nearly as effective unless you are in a fasted state.

                  I have been running this for a little while 5-6 weeks or so. A little over a week ago I started splitting the does between night time and upon waking up before hitting the gym. Lost .2% BF last week, which if reproducible is pretty awesome. I've got another 5 weeks in the cache, but I definitely think splitting the dose like that has been really beneficial. Also started taking 5mg Melatonin at night as I have read that also helps signal a GH release.

                  Will post up notes as time goes by, for instance I have been very vivid dreams this past week.
