    I love R but it's the only one I have used so far. I am up to 50iu ed and thats as high as I am going for my first run. I have heard log is pretty bomb cz its an immediate hit and the combos (30/70, etc.) aren't so great for stability. For the guys who have used more than one type, which ones did you like? Has anyone stacked two or more different types?

    I've never stacked more than one type, but I preferred the R over the Humalog. The Humalog was great, but I just feel like I was able to take advantage of the R more since it was active longer with both peaking times.

      multiple doses of log is best to me. that way i know exactly when the peaks will hit and i can plan fat intake around it more easily. that and being able to time sleep or naps as well
