I like Rich , don't get me wrong , but I just think throughout the years he's got so caught up with making money that he let himself go , as far as bodybuilding . I mean he doesn't even look that awesome anymore , kind of . He's looks like a broke down bodybuilder . Ragged . Just my opinion .
I think he should get a clean haircut , clean up , go back to basics and lift heavy ass weight . He'll look better , no doubt !!!Comment

GOOD F#CKING MORNING !!! Oh he admits to the oil, he split his left bicep and said he used it to fill it in. I been kinda' watching him on his channel, he may be a dick but he's a self made man. Yeah he messed himself up with injuries so he's kind of layed off on the heavy weight, but he's on some crazy ass gear and program to pack on some killer weight. I think it's like a "one last big go at it" before he gets any older...Right Babe ?Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
