Just saw Nick Walker tore his hamstring one week out and had to withdraw from the Olympia this year. I watched the video he posted about it. Looked like he was barely holding back the tears. I feel so bad for the guy. I was looking forward to seeing him on stage. Hope for a speedy recovery for him.

he would have def gave them a run this year for sure. i know it was brutal on him having to sit it out. when i thought my appendix had ruptured about 5 weeks out, i was sitting in the er thinking man, i just suffered and wasted all that time and now i am going to most likely drop out. i know the feeling very well and it is shitty to say the least. that and he didnt even tear it training legs that is adding insult to injury literallyTGBSupplements REP

Again no clue who this is but yes being a competitor, with all that goes into getting ready for a contest to have everything get d
derailed at 5 weeks out and you have to pull out I would be completely devastated.

I pulled my groin horribly one year about 11 weeks out to point every rep on leg press was so painful. I was not dropping out. What I did was dropped the weight way low and did sets of 100-150. It actually worked my legs and especially my glutes were never more shredded and I won class.
