Derek Lunsford got the invite to compete in men's open for the Olympia. I figured he would. I bet there will be some controversy following that. I already saw a clip about Iain not being very happy about it.

I agree. I've been following him closely and he's owning it. He looks insane. Moving to open was definitely the right move. He just posted a recent leg workout and his legs are unreal. I think he's going to do some serious damage to that line up.

they created a class totally different class that would allow people that don't want to be 260 lb 511 and using a wheelchair like Ronnie Coleman when they're 50. and now from what it seems like they're inviting the classic physique winner to compete in the Mr Olympia are you fucking kidding me if that's what's going on I'm not positive.

I'll tell you the only time they got this right the classic physique was your number one when Danny Hester won he is the embodiment of a classic physique. and I have to add I was in the USA one year and I came in six two points behind him at 5th. when I saw him backstage he's always been a hero of mine He's a little older than me.

I was sitting backstage hoping to God that he would either win come in second third or fourth so I could take fifth. it didn't happen he took fifth and I took six he was a little off but when he did that classic physique I hope he got off first place votes cuz he deserved them. he's the second coming of Lee labrada of Bob Paris of Frank Zane and that's what the classic physique was supposed to be but instead you got these guys that are just as big as bodybuilder that's not what he was supposed to be

Yeah he looked great for his size and weight in the off-seqson. I was shocked when he got on stage for that guest posing. Held his own next to the big guys and didn't look out of place at all. Can't wait to see him on the big stage.

yeah i am pretty excited about it as well. he should be able to crack top 5 or top 3 if he dials it in which he normally does

nice show with hadi and derek landing one and two. c bum will dominate till he slips or steps away. the conditioning was insane at this olumpia even though it was a shit show timing wise. no more big ramy imo he is done sir done, pretty sure curry is done as well
