Nick Walker - Pittsburgh Pro 2022

Just saw some pictures of Nick Walker guest posing at the Pittsburgh Pro and he looks MASSIVE. He's packed on even more size in the past year. In an interview at the show he came out and said he would win the Mr. Olympia this year. That's a pretty big statement.

I'm curious to see what Ramy looks like right now. Now that I think about it, I haven't seen or heard much from Ramy at all.

he is huge for sure. only knock i have on him right now is that his waist is growing when it wasnt that blocky before. it will tighten up but i hope he slows it down a bit and doesnt get all nasty looking like some of the others do.

who really blew me away at that show was damn derek lunsford. holy shit he is freaking huge and needs to move to the open. on top of being huge he is still lean as all hell

Man I was thinking the same thing about Derek! My mind was blown when I saw him. There is no way he should be in 212 with his size and density. He'll have to lose a lot of muscle to get down that low. Plus, his shape still looks fantastic. It was insane seeing him next to Nick.

Man I was thinking the same thing about Derek! My mind was blown when I saw him. There is no way he should be in 212 with his size and density. He'll have to lose a lot of muscle to get down that low. Plus, his shape still looks fantastic. It was insane seeing him next to Nick.

i saw a video where they were talking about all these guys. pretty sure it was palumbo and aceto talking about how he drops so much and pulls off so much muscle to get down to 212 that it messes him up and he doesnt look as good. they pointed out how great of shape he is in now at that size and just tightening up a little bit and he would be killing open shows and a contender for the top 5 of the olympia no problem. me as a person would have a hard time pulling off muscle to make a weight class when i looked just as good or better than guys in a higher weight class but that is just me

Same here. There's no way I'd sacrifice muscle to make a lower weight class when I could easily stand next to the top guys in the weight class above.
