How many of you look forward to coming off cycle 100%, no low dose bridge, cut back on training hard, no SARMS bridge, Just clean out and let the body rest? I been doing this for a long time and got some of the best gains ever at 42 years old. Rather then upping the MG's once I hit a peak, I stopped all gear for 2 weeks and switched to something else until I felt change was needed again. Plan is to clean out for 4 months or until my blood work is normal. Then go balls out again like it was the first time. Rest does a body good!

Re: Who looks forward to coming off 100%?
Buddy of mine that I've trained with for years does that and swears by it. He periodically comes off of everything for months out of the year, then gets back on.
I might be way out in left field, but to me it's like a new school vs. old school methodology. Seems like bodybuilders/competitors now days tend to get on and stay on year round adjusting dosages. Whereas, it seems like the old school guys, say from Arnold's day, would get on and come off depending on competitions and such.
I tend to stay on lower dosages year round, but definitely interesting to think about.

i unfortunately even with proper pct have never been able to fully recover so i have been on for the better part of 12 or 14 years. i do come all the way down to actual hrt dosing for a while. i knew i was screwed when i started up because my dad has been on hrt since he was 28 and never touched aas before that. so for me it was in the cards before i even started the game. i do clear out as much as i possibly can during my hrt time thoughTGBSupplements REP

The longest Im off is 4 weeks. Havent been off for 4 months before. Thats a helluva stretch. Over the years you kind of figure how mjuch you need and for me its not very much to keep making gains so I try to keep my doses as low as I can. I adjust depending on how good I feel

Exactly my approach too Dzone. I've said this before, but I have never been a fan of taking an excessive amounts of aas. I take the lowest amount I can to maintain and make good progress. I don't need 8 different things or way too much test to grow.Fitnessgeared.com
