How can any man not know that? Ive had girlfriends who would disappear for about 3 days a month. Some have had to miss work a couple days a month because of the severity of the changes. One girl I could see it coming in the puffiness of her face

if and when i transition mine notices. she will ask if i changed or dropped something out etc...... my tolerances tend to lessen quite a bit during these periods as they do during dieting but i am somewhat high strung all the time haha. gotten better as i have gotten older but it is still there

my ex was too wrapped up in herself to notice any changes. myself i notice changes upstairs when i switch things up but i am used to it so i pick up on it and check myself before i break myself LoL.

There is no difference in my moods regardless of what I take. I'm temperamental all the time, emotional often. My wife has just learned to ignore me.
