Always aspirate! Better safe then sorry. Nothing sucks more then pushing into a vein and not realizing till after.

Re: To aspirate or not to aspirate?

I need to start, i did when i was a youngin but i havent for 5 years or so. The other day im doing 2ccs to my left quad, im pushing steady, it starts to get real hard to push, then i hear a pop and the rest of the plunger goes super quick. It was painful and i wonder if i blew apart a small vein? I never saw any rubber from the stopper in there. Holy crap i was so scared and felt a little heat in my neck and tasted the oil.

After that Ive aspirated a few times..

if you can taste it or smell it actually inside you nose you have either went in or through a vein or vessel. i have had instances where i have pulled back and nothing, then finished the injection pulled it out and wham, i can smell and taste it. it is a terrible and freaky situation for sure esp when your chest tightens up on you

Yea i agree it wasnt fun. The worst is when i shot a cc of EQ and it all went into a vein, laying on my bed trying not to breathe because ill go into a coughing rage, fast heartbeat, face is red and im sweating like crazy. OMG i was gonna die!

I inject in the sides of the quads. Been doing it here so many years, quit asparating about after the 20th time I never saw blood.
