I never tried win but I want to add it to my 10-12 wk 300mg test cycle. my question is how much and when ? or maby should I not ?

you can always toss it in at the start or the end. depending on goals and whathaveyou. 50-100mg a day is the norm. it is pretty hard on most people's joints and has a tendency in a lot of people to make their muscle tight and stiff also. so not the greatest addition to ones heavy training lineupTGBSupplements REP

I'm wanting to add it as part of a cut, right now I am trying to lean out and get some definition. I ended my last test only back in January and was going to wait till this fall to do another, but I'm turning fifty in July and I have the time so I figured lets go for it, let's see how good I can look. I have four weeks worth of free win so I thought I'd try it. Now I'm thinkin' summer, hot, dry, so prolly not a good idea ?Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

In my experience, I always noticed the best results from winstrol if I was already somewhat lean. It's great for strength and power, but it hammers my joints so bad that I never could really utilize it for those benefits. If you're wanting to lean out, I'd save it and focus on your diet for the first part of the cycle. Then, maybe add it in toward the end at 50mg - 100mg per day.

You're right, I'm pretty vascular right now and with the beating I get doing Kempo probally not a good Idea. Thanks for everybody's advise.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
