I am 150LBS, 5'10".
I have attached a picture.
My goal is to add about 10 - 20 LBS of Quality Muscle that I can maintain.
I have been training for 2 years and have been eating 4 - 6 meals a day for a while now. My metobolism is just too fast, cannot gain shit.
I was thinking about shooting 400mg/week EQ for 10 weeks.
I'd like to do a "mild cycle" with minimum side effects.
With smart eating and hard training is my goal attainable?
