google up actual research papers(not from companies selling it) milk thistle is absolutely positively worthless and does nothing but drain your wallet. tudca nac and ala or proven products with research backing their effectiveness. milk thistle on the other hand is shown not to do anything

I was reading another board about the toxicity of Anadrol. Are there Medical finding the show that it is indeed very toxic?

Anadrol, as many other orals is 17-Alpha-Alkylated. This allows it to survive the first pass through your liver without being destroyed and also what makes it hepatotoxic. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend running it any longer than 6 weeks. I also agree with Guns on the Tudca and ALA. Definitely want to stay preventative with your liver supplementation.

That's good your appetite is still going strong. Drol usually kicks my appetite in the dirt.

Hmmm...I wonder if it would be worth it to run drol during my cut - I am hungry too often due to the caloric deficit.

What is ALA? I know what NAC and TUDCA are.

ALA is Alpha Lipoic Acid, which is an antioxidant that can be used to help protect the liver. It binds to free radicals and can help protect cellular structures in the liver. It's also known to boost glutathione which helps dissolve toxic substances in the liver. It can also help restore liver enzymes back to normal.
