so that pen is 100iu per ml? that would be hard as hell to dose accurately if so i would think

The dial on the back is used for dosing. If you want 10iu you just turn the dial to ten and then once the needle is in you push the red button and it is injected. My father in law used to use them. It actually seems like it would be easier.

Those are the same exact pens I used to have. Use a regular slin pin to draw out if you don't have the lily needle attachments.
