Thanks for the video post. I loved the video and then i got caught in the utube vortex and spent the next hour glued to more videos. I watched most of the Part 1 of the interview with Dorian which was about an hour. I enjoy listening to the guy talk about training and growing up in the non internet age. I was never really a fan of his till now. What a beast and his training intensity matches ronnies at the least.

So then i watched part of blood and guts. His trainer was intense, if i only had someone to push me like that omg, it would be amazing!

Its the truth if we all be responcible and get blood work done and make sure everything is preety much ok then everything will be fine.Like Dorian said that Guy who ate McDonalds 3 trimes a day for a month his blood levels were out of control and wacked.So yeah tell me what is worse

Haveing low test is bad on your body. You might as well have your levels where you want imo, since having it too low will hurt you anyway.

Great view. I really enjoy how he keeps it real. The pros and the cons of using steroids. No flash or gimmicks, just real talk about what it was like and what it is like now. Good stuff.

What do you suggest checking when getting private bloodwork done?

a complete CBC a CBC will have pretty much all your levels on there but ask for a few more, Thyroid, TESTOSTERONE FSH,LH ESTROGEN kidney,liver ALT,AST prostate check

He was always my favorite bodybuilder of that era. And yes very honest in his views on aas.

So right now, I see the menopausal check(which includes a bunch of what you listed i believe), the PSA check and need to check lipids? correct?
