Most women I know run anavar around 10mg per day (split into two doses) with minimal to no sides. Winny can also be used by women, but in experiences I've seen it may not be the best choice for some. I've seen some women do really well with it while others experienced mild virilization from it. Mostly a slight deepening of the voice. The virilization was obviously dose related with the winny, however I haven't seen it with women running a low dose of anavar only. .
5-10mg of var a day is alright for most women. Like everyone said women can have some sides from winny, but then some don't but I wouldnt risk it. Primo works good too, I've seen females take a small amoubt of EQ 50mg or less a week and not have any bad sides from it.
