I don't know either but I've seen Cutler in Golds here off season and he looks less than that. I would imagine it varies for each bodybuilder. Guns should be able to answer this.

If you are a true ectomorph then you arent going to have any trouble being lean. I can only speak for myself personally, I need a little fat to build much muscle and strength. Just the way body works, if I'm under 10% I've found out that all I can do is contiue to cut. about 15% bf is wher I'm happeist really putting on mass. There I gain all I want when my diet/training on on perfect key, and I don't look horrible at 15% bf. My build holds it well.
Only way I can gain mass/strength while cutting, and I mean extreme cutting like you guys do for your shows. Is on low test, a literal oil tanker ship of tren, halo and mast. Eating a ton, big TON of protein, no salt, almost no carbs. Even then i dont gain enough muslce for it to be worth it. Put on mass or cut period imo. If you start getting to chunky or smooth lol makes some changes, otherwise enjoy al the tasty chow until cutting timr bro.
I've been so busy I've gotten very lean for my body, but I've also got way too far smaller than I like. I plan on getting fat and happy this winter for a little while .

LOL oil tanker, How did you do with test being low, what MG a week were you running? That sounds rough!
I think 300 mg its been a little while. I dont like running low test i only did it twice i believe, im awfully tired i didnt sleep much last night. i need to think about it and come back.
