I have noticed how some woman's jawline seem to look more square or just different when using. Even women who aare really not using a whole lot of gear. Does this happen to most and what specific compounds would cause such?

Re: Jawline changes in women on AAS
That should be caused by HGH and not AAS. It's the same with men too. One of the "potential" side effects of HGH is thickening of the bones in the jaw, fingers, and toes. I'm sure there are some who will disagree but this is factual and there are sources on the internet you could find I'm sure that will say the same. Obviously it doesn't happen to everyone, but if you look at a lot of famous bodybuilders pictures you can see the transformation over the years. However, if you look at bodybuilders from Arnold's time, pre HGH era, you probably won't see any changes in the jawline, or at least I haven't seen it on them.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

I want to add that when I said this is factual, I mean based on information that I have read over the years.Originally posted by JsJs24 View PostThat should be caused by HGH and not AAS. Re: Jawline changes in women on AAS
In that case I don't know. I am no expert on the matter for sure, but I have read a lot about HGH over the years but never personally used it. I do know that what I mentioned above is listed as a potential side effect of HGH but I am not aware of any such potential side for AAS. Perhaps someone with more knowledge or experience on the subject can chime in. I actually recall a article on this very subject several years ago in Muscular Development if I recall correctly, and it had several pages with pictures of some bodybuilders to show how much their jawline had changed over their careers. I'm fairly certain that was MD magazine, not sure if it can be searched on their website or not. I did read something that mentioned AAS over prolonged use can cause the face bones to look different, however it didn't get too specific and for all I know they might have been lumping HGH in with AAS. Also, perhaps AAS effects women differently in that regard. Not sure of any of this but great topic for discussion. Thanks for posting about it. I will do more reading.Originally posted by BABY1 View PostI don't believe the women I know are running GH. Var and primobolan cause the least virilization of women jaw lines. But ANY type of androgen can cause women to gain masculine traits. Dbol, anadrol, test and so on will cause women to change physically (facial hair growth, adult acne, thinning skin etc).

Re: Jawline changes in women on AAS
i know and have known a number of women that only use aas and it completely changed the way their face and jaw looks. just like gh, aas can and do cause some bone growth and density. why is it so much more noticeable in chicks? well think of it this way, men already have test and androgens circulating naturally in their bodies in various amounts. women on the other hand have little to none. so adding in just a little bit into a women's system is going to cause a dramatic effect. the man jaw is very pronounced in most women that use aas and it could be either the growth of face muscles jaw bones or a combination of both. it also isnt attractive at all to me to have a manly women with a jaw like stan off of american dadTGBSupplements REP

That makes sense to me. I can see the muscles growing so much that it makes it look like the jaw bones have changed structurally or thickened.Originally posted by jipped genes View Posti think even if the bone structure does not change such as with HGH use it widens the faces muscles and presents a more masculine jaw.

I didn't think that AAS could actually affect bones but doing some research I found an article on a medical site that says they can indeed increase bone density as you pointed out. Anabolic steroids are currently used in the treatment of established osteoporosis. It has been demonstrated that, at least partly, anabolic steroids increase bone density by stimulating bone formation. Very little is known about how anabolic steroids affect bone in experimental animals. Because bone …Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Re: Jawline changes in women on AAS
yeah man, they sure do. it is much more dramatic in women because of the low amounts of growth factors in their bodies to begin with. that's why the masculazation is so dramatic in a chick. now with us the amount of bone density is much less pronounced if you even notice it at allOriginally posted by JsJs24 View PostI didn't think that AAS could actually affect bones but doing some research I found an article on a medical site that says they can indeed increase bone density as you pointed out. Guns you crack me up! Great info on "Why you look like a man" but your personal preference not to have your wife look like a man "takes the cake". I see many BB'ers here in Vegas and yes some have been astonishingly manly looking. This week is MR O so I'll be sure not to pick up on any manly looking chicks.Originally posted by guns01 View Posti know and have known a number of women that only use aas and it completely changed the way their face and jaw looks. just like gh, aas can and do cause some bone growth and density. why is it so much more noticeable in chicks? well think of it this way, men already have test and androgens circulating naturally in their bodies in various amounts. women on the other hand have little to none. so adding in just a little bit into a women's system is going to cause a dramatic effect. the man jaw is very pronounced in most women that use aas and it could be either the growth of face muscles jaw bones or a combination of both. it also isnt attractive at all to me to have a manly women with a jaw like stan off of american dad
