  • what part of aas caused this?

So i havent hit the gym in over 1.5 years or so cause i been working non stop and havent had the time. I have been cycling on and off and did some big cycles and what have you. Basically lost everything i gained but i still kept a bit of muscle. I know if i worked out again itll all come back and then some.

Anyways getting to the point i havent felt healthy since i havent touched a single thing in a long time. When i was cycling first thing i would be dry heaving vommiting and wouldnt wanna eat any sort of meat i was disgusted with food pretty much. And always felt nauscious. What could have caused this on cycle? I dont wanna start up another one when i start lifting again only to feel unhealthy again and not be able to eat to gain? Maybe you guys have some answers.

I only had the nausea when I ran dbol. Never an issue on anything else. What are/were you running and what dosages?

i am def not a doctor man but i would lean more toward you having a stressed liver or something being wrong with your gal bladder. those two seem to be the biggest culprits when it comes to what you are describing. you cant rule out actual stomach issues but stress to either of those organs can cause those symptoms also. maybe get some blood work and stay away from orals and tren until you get it ironed out what the issue is. hell, i wouldnt start up anything at all until i had bloods done and maybe a physical just to make sure.

I agree with guns. Get that blood work to see where you are at health wise before you start anything. Then you will know if anything is not working correctly and you can address it ahead of time instead of making it worse.

Hmmm ok ill get everything checked.....i hope it was just a stressed liver. What precautions while on cycle should i be taking to aid in my organs so this crap doesnt happen again? What supplements? I wanna feel extra healthy while on cycle and in general. I can also take the supps while off as well if its good for the health. Im 27 i dont wanna screw shit up for when im an old bed shitter.

after getting your bloods done man i would look at cycle support as a starter. then add in some tudca and fresh lemon every day. those are just the bare bones basics. also something lots of people dont consider that is very very important is lots and lots of water. 1 and a half to 2 and a half gallons per day

Definitely need to get on that water brotha. I'd recommend not taking anything until you have a check up and know for sure there aren't any underlying issues. You'll also know what issues there are, if any, and be able to address it accordingly. Sounds like you already have the right mindset by not wanting to screw anything up. Most important thing is to always think ahead when it comes to your body.

Most likely this is a BIG part of the issue

Agree with everything posted, get some bloods, pump the fluids and see where you're at. Good luck bro!
