Same here. I dropped one after I pulled the cap off and tried to catch it. Ended up stabbing myself in the hand and still dropped it.

Almost happened to me on a couple occasions. I get the shakes sometimes in my hands, and I also sometimes have trouble with fine motor skills with my hands and fingers (for example I'll sometimes go to sign my name and there's like a 2 second delay lol)

No but i did have my wife pin my leg once. I was sweating cause it was her first time and as she got it in she rested her hand on my leg to aspirate and the entire syringe went sideways in my leg when her hand slipped. Yeah she basically layed down on the thing. It was fun.
