where do you inject the most with your syringes such as, quads, delts , ass cheeks ect? me its legs.

I pin 1 time a week and it is always in the thigh. I alternate left and right each week and never in the same spot until after 2 months

Delts, tris, chest, glutes, occasionally bis. Quads never work out for me. Tried traps once and that sucked too.

I rotate between glutes and delts and thats it. Been doing that forever with no problems

Glutes and delts for me as well. Tried chest a few times, just felt weird. Quads, i go there from time to time, then I remember why I stay away from them...lol.

Ive built up so much scar tissue in my right glute, As soon as i poke it, its hard to push the needle in, theres alot of pain and blood when i remove the needle too.

I do mainly quads but i hit rear delts too, no pain at all..

Delts and quads. With quads I move from mid thigh up almost to the crest and from center to outer. By the time I get back to the same area it's about six shots later in that thigh. Delts it's almost always just medial delt, not much movement really.

Ive built up so much scar tissue in my right glute, As soon as i poke it, its hard to push the needle in, theres alot of pain and blood when i remove the needle too.

I do mainly quads but i hit rear delts too, no pain at all..

I had scar tissue in my flutes to the point my wife said the needle bounced off and didn't penetrate at all. I had also had some scar tissue in my delt which was clearly visible when I dieted down for my show in 2005. It looked like a marble was underneath the skin.

I just noticed mine the other day in my delt but it was after I pinned The blood flowed down my arm like someone opened the gates to the Hoover Damn. It was a bit crazy lol I only pin delts and glutes and I rotate, time to find another spot

I got a lot of scar tissue to so I try anything that will work but mainly legs works best.
