Yes I start threads but I hope in my threads it not only brings out new and good advice for myself but for others too.. anyhow, so I will be on a dbol cycle soon and when on it before I had bad acid reflux. .. otc stuff can be harsh on the kidneys and liver in prolonged use studies.. so I did some research and found that when you introduce excess acids to the stomach it triggers the body to produce less acid and therefore reducing excess acid/acid reflux. I was skeptical but figured what have I got to lose.. went to walmart and bought Jamiesons apple cidar vinegar caps. Man this stuff smells and some comes out the pores but not too bad. Now, I have a little acid reflux on a regular but the added dbol makes it tons worse. . Within a day my acid reflux is gone, Nothin! I'm taking the minimum dose but will add an extra cap when I start the dbols. From what I've read it will stop the acid reflux. So far so good.
Hope this has helped someone. Maybe you already know and maybe not but hope it helps.
And yes GUNS, kidney issues gone, blood work was normal. Upped my liver and took a complex multi and ashawanga (think I spelt it right..?).

Dbol did the same thing to me last year I developed really bad heartburn. I tried the apple cider vinegar but it made it worse. Did that happen to you at first too? If so I'm willing to try again because now I'm on prilosec for life and would much rather do a natural remedy.

You are right, short term use of med such as Prevacid, can help but if taken longterm can actually end up being counterproductive. ACV has many use including the one you are using it for.

for some people the ACV does not help, and can create more reflux. If one has a hiatal hernia this can happen and most don't even know if they have one sometimes. Try a good probiotic, greek yogurt, kefir sauerkraut. any fermented foods.

Another cause of reflux can be from h-pylori bacteria which can be detected from a blood test or also a biopsy if one has an endoscopy. Might want to ask the doc to check for it when getting blood tests.

i also had the same issue as you do. my gastro doc tried everything to get my reflux under control with antiacids and such. nope it wasnt to much acid it was to little. added in organic apple cider vinegar and presto no more problems for me. like baby1 said it does a ton of other stuff as well, so having it in there will only help you reap all kinds of benefits.

as far as gusto goes, i am pretty sure he is the exact opposite but time will tell if we add it in and keep it

Taking mine now...this has been a God send for many, my mother-in-law uses it now as well as my clients, Bragg's with Mother Pulp is the only ACV I will use, raw organic honey, lemon, and warm water. This is my daily cocktail.

The dam heartburn i got with my last dbol was terrible. I ended up taking tums every time i took a dose. It helped a little but it was so annoying. I liked dbol but my dose wasnt high enough i think.

i think you will have some benefit but it is exponentially higher with the organic and "the mother pulp stuff"
