    anavar cycles for women
    thought i would post some info on this since my wife is starting another cycle soon

    Anavar will do many of the things that most female athletes want. You can expect your muscles to grow and make you much stronger if you plan for and take the proper dosage. But most importantly, you can expect to have a leaner body. Using Anavar is most popular among women for weight loss and cutting fat. my wife finds a dose of 15-20 mgs ed works very well for her. that being said i think women should start at 5 mg ed till they see how there bodys react.and split the dose up am and pm even better breakfast lunch and dinner. you can expect to get stronger leaner and cutt.Anavar does a lot to preserve lean tissue when you go on a diet. It does a lot to make you stronger. Most of the time, the average person loses tissue and gets weaker when going on a diet. However, when anavar is used, you can expect to keep more of it. Besides, when you maintain more muscle, this makes your metabolism burn faster. The more muscle and lean tissue on your body, the higher your metabolism rate will be. The bottom line is that you can get rid of more fat.

    Diet, and training, has to be on the spot! While diet plays a key role in anyones' cycle and training, women especially need to be strict for the best results. I have heard countless girls think that if they go on anavar they will losse fat, to only come out with results they are not happy with.

      MM, You may already know about the supps that are helpful for a women during her anavar cycle but I thought this may help others. I was given this info a couple years ago when thinking about doing this, by a Very knowledgeable woman in the community.

      5-10 grams of Vitamin B5 for possible cycle acne. If you are not sure if acne will be a problem start at 5 grams of B5 daily. If it becomes clear your skin REALLY does not like AAS after you start you should take 10 grams ED. It is very disgusting so you should mix it in your protein shake. B5 is to help with acne.

      Taurine 2,000mg per day (this is not optional!)

      Magnesium & Potassium 300mg each per day.

      BCAAs and Amino Acids. Find a nice combo I use AminoX by BSN at least one scoop per day preworkout is best.

      Multivitamin

      Fish oil or better yet high quality Krill Oil cold pressed. This is to counter Anavar’s tendancy to raise cholesterol and lower HDL.

        all great suggestions baby1 but that is a boat load of potassium for a chick. only thing i see i would add to the line up is lots and lots of water. 8 glasses of water a day isnt going to cut it.

        i am going to go on a tangent here about aas for both females and males both. aas do not cause fat loss. their mechanism isnt made to do so, so thinking you can take this compound or that compound and get lean is just straight up wrong. the other thing that a lot of women dont take into consideration is that they may gain weight as opposed to lose weight, fat loss may occur but they still may not see the scale move down very much at all. diet diet diet training and consistency of both or were your results come from and unless you are in a cal def from either your diet or your training then you are just wasting both time and money using aas. i would rather see a lady that is competing using compounds than someone who is just tying to lose a few pounds for whatever reason. sad fact of the matter is that most men and women both are just looking for a faster easier way out of hard work and sacrifice

          As this was suggested to me, by someone, I didn't end up doing it anyway. I do know of women who have followed her advice though and have had success. Again, everyone is different though. One banana can have more than 300mg of potassium?

              doc told me that supplementing outside of normal dietary intake of potassium above 300mg per day(in severe cases) and 100-150mg for a woman was a very bad idea. he would allow me to use 3-400 tabs for 1 day prior and 1 day of show and then no more than 99mg for maint. he also told me that by taking supplemental potassium in the higher ranges for a significant period of time could cause either a electrolyte imbalance making cramping worse or lead to a bad case of kidney stones. i cant remember off the top of my head which type of potassium we use but those were the instructions i was given by him at the time and he always took care of me knowing what i put into my body and what i put it through

                I really have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to supplementing potassium. I just googled average potassium in a banana and thats what I got. I use a multi, fish oil, and Co Q 10. If I'm running something that callls for liver protection thats in there to. As far as advising people how to supplement potassium, I have no clue.

                  Thanks for that info guns. I am a big believer in getting what we need from our food anyway. I do remember being in the hospital and having critically low potassium levels and that is when I took some horsepill sized potassium pills to help me get that level up. Obviously potassium supplements different.
