      Re: DNP log

Dose #2 this morning. I felt extremely hungry all morning dispite eating a good meal. The DNP could not have done it this early on.

you can run it as long as you want. you body doesnt adapt or anything like that. at a low dose like you wisely choose to do, i would say 6-8wks should get you in the range you are looking for no problem

the dnp isnt going to make you hungry at all. now the more carbs you consume the more it bumps up your temp. sugar makes you sweat like a mad man. best way to run your carbs is to keep them around the maint range which for most normal people is between 250-400g per day (as little sugar as possible and dont count veges)

Funny when I eat my first high carb meal after two zero days... I start sweating at breakfast lol.

To add onto the carbs thing, if you eat carbs that are low on the glycemic index it will help keep you from ramping up in heat. Atleast that is what I have been experimenting with and it seems to work.

you are very correct sir and the cool thing about the low gi carbs is it keeps the heat lower and burning much much longer.

OK last night I did feel the heat. It was a little intense at time to the point of getting a little freaked out. No problem I got up drank a little orange juice went back to bed and read a little until I fell asleep.

Man I was wondering why I would stay mildly warm ALL day!

I'm on day 5 of my run and can literally watch myself getting smaller and more defined. I'm taking mine right before I go to bed then wake up and do 30-45 min of fasting cardio (light, bpm around 145). Extremely clean diet. I'm liking this stuff better now than I did the first time, probably because I understand it better.

Get ready brother, the heat increases the longer you do it, atleast that's what's happening in my case. I was sweating this morning just by making breakfast, and it's cold in my house and I had no clothes on! Haha

let me see if i can break it down from what i understand. most protocols you see and people suggest are to start off low and then build up their dose. well this is all great and dandy in theory but it is where you see all the nasty side effects come on(lethargy and stupid hot and no desire to pretty much do anything). this is because this is a build up type of compound so starting low and then rampping it up makes almost no sense at all to me. you are basically just overlapping and hammering a higher level than what you actually think you are. now i realize that some of the compound is clearing at various points but when you ramp up it is getting pretty high.
now from what i learned. you do the opposite. say your high level is 500 (just an example) you do that for a few days, then drop it down to 3-400 for a few days then you hit your cruise level for the duration at 150-250ish. now you are getting max effect with minimal side effects and it is still building up and eating the fat off.
now one last method that is a little slower and what you guys are doing is also and awesome approach as well. that is as long as you have patience and give it time to work. you are getting a little bit of a buildup which is where you are slowly seeing your temp and sweating get a little higher. but you are still staying in a rational safe range and you can pretty much run it for an extended period of time.

from your post above you should have a great and very successful run from what i have seen in my experience

A lot of great info in this thread guys! What a great time of year for a DNP log! I'm very curious now as to how much a guy can expect to cut in a few weeks on DNP without changing a regular cuttings ethic and just adding DNP. I may have to give this a shot myself for some last minute for I g cutting. Thanks for the log Dirt Warrior and all the goid tips and advice guys.

man if i were going to jump in with dnp without changing anything in my diet i would def make for sure i kept my sugar and higher end gi carbs low or not at all haha. i am sure that if you were eating a bunch of sugar you would sweat like a biatch 24/7. now with that said, i would say it wouldnt be unrealistic to be able to drop some pretty good weight as long as your diet was reasonable. i dont know of anyone or have any personal experience with this type of approach but carbs drive the dnp to work
