  • DNP log

    I will start a DNP log as soon as my Calcium Pyruvate gets here. I can not take stims because of my weird thyroid. My thyroid is normal now but will have the goiter taken out in the future.

    OK with the skinfold calipers the % body fat is 15.5% but looking in the mirror I would guess between 18 and 20%. I train 5 days a week. M is chest and shoulders. T is back. W is cardio and abs. Th is legs. F is tri and bi.

    I am not sure what to expect from DNP but according to the lab I should take it like this I will take 1 cap a day (250 mg) for a week to see how my body reacts. Then the next 2 weeks will be 2 caps a day. This will be taken along with

    750 calcium pyruvate a day.

    A little about the DNP I got. It is crystal instead of powder. The crystals are lab made instead of a byproduct of a manufacturing process. So it is more pure. It is combined with some amino acids.

    I am just waiting for the pyruvate to come in to start my log.

    If this is in the wrong place someone move it to the right place

    dirt, i dont know how heavy you are but if i were you i wouldnt bump up to 500. you dont need it that high and i can almost bet you a pay check that you will feel like complete ass running that high. just stay low and patient and let it eat the fat off. also, if you got it from the lab i think you did, he gives you a pretty good run down on the product. dont limit your carb intake to low and be very easy on the sugar intake lol, unless you want to be on fire all day. make sure you are drinking plenty of water all day and night. it is a dramatic compound for sure as long as you dont over do it

      Thanks I will do as you suggest and keep th DNP at 250 mg a day along with 750 mg of the pyruvate per day.

            Another trick from guns if you don't like the way it makes you feel take it at night before bed. I was having a hard time tolerating even 250 but now I take it at night and can barely tell I'm on it with the exception of the fat loss.

                This will allow to work better, you'll be depleted of carbs all night and won't have to worry about feeling hot, although the lab you are using you usually don't have bad sides in the first place.

                  Bout the only thing you have to worry about taking it at night is how taxing it will be on your kidneys since you won't be able to drink a lot of water while your asleep

                    if you drink a ton of water through the day like i do then you have to piss at night every couple hours lol. what i do every time i get up is drink water each time i take a leak. i stay hydrated 24/7 because my sleep patterns suck ass

                        you will have to try both to see which is more comfortable for you dirt. it stays active in your system for days so in all reality it is whenever you tolerate it best. i will say that most people tolerate it best at night. i know guys that take it with one of their last 2 meals and have no issues at all

                          I got the calcium pyruvate so I took 250 mg DNP and 750 mg calcium pyvruate about noon today after the mail ran.
                          I will start taking it in the am starting tomorrow. Starting weight is 233.6 the skinfold calipers says 15.5% BF but I think it is more. To see ab muscles I have to flex them.

                              not being a stickler on you dirt but make sure you are pounding water man. dont let yourself get over dried out and you will do just fine man
