on theory arnold did many things wrong as far as training and diet but he was a badass and the best ever so go figure. So that brings me to say find what works for u and stick with it.Only plants grow naturally

how often should i be lifting on juice? right now i work out atleast 6 days a week, do 1 muscle a day and a total of 30 sets each time... am i over training?Treat me good and I'll treat you better..Treat me bad and I'll treat you worse!
