I usually do 3-4 different exercises for each bodypart.
I do this:
sun: rest
Mon: chest/tri's
tues: back/bis
wed: shoulders
thurs: rest
fri: arms(light)
sat: legs
For instance BICEPS:
First do 2 sets of light weight for a warm-up
1) I do 4 sets of EZ-CURLS: rep range from 4-8 reps depending
2) then dumbell curls: 3 sets 4-6 reps
3) reverse curls: 3 sets 4-10 reps depending
4) concentration curl or preachers: 3 sets 6-12 reps
Thats an example of what I do bro. Of course I work out on my back first. U dont have to do tons of sets, as long as u work on them hard enough they will grow and dont over train them brother.

i dont know what to do... i want to try this out and see how it results. when i did my first cycle i did dbol and i worked each muscle group twice a week. i did chest/tri back/bi's legs/shoulders and i did a shitload but i cant remember how many sets i did for each although i do remember spending around 3 hours in the gym. i mean i think im doin pretty good because im only 20 , 5'11 weigh 180 . im benching 225 easy and im pretty sure i can max out 315 atleast 1 or 2 when i try this sat. i already maxed 275 3-4 times. (just an example of 1 muscle group)

For me 4 sets and 12-16 reps per movement works well. 6 reps just doesnt cut it. no pun intended
30 sets is average for me. example:
CHEST
Incline BB -4 sets, 12 reps
Incline flys -4 sets, 14 reps
decline DB -4 sets, 12 reps
low-2-high cables -4 sets, 16 reps
BICEPS
BB curl -4 sets, 14 reps
DB hammer -4 sets, 14 reps
reverse BB -4 sets, 16 reps
concentration -4sets, 8 reps
But 30 sets for one muscle seems a bit drastic. Way drastic
A usual workout with cardio at front and back lasts 1.5hours or 2.
