how often should i be lifting on juice? right now i work out atleast 6 days a week, do 1 muscle a day and a total of 30 sets each time... am i over training?

If your going balls out, you should be prety tired by then, i think your not goinhg hard enough or heavy enough, try a weight you can do for a max of 6 reps every set, hell go to failure, see how many sets you can last.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
