All Fg gurus guns fuzo 6p6 got a ? Back cramps from hell

[MOUNTAIN-MAN]

Started 100 mg drol 6 days ago 50 am 50 pm. The past two days I have had cramps in upper back and lower sides that freeze me up for a min. I'm drinking 2.5 gallons of water ed any ideas on how to cut down on these cramps. Thank u.

a few grams of taurine should help. if not then take a look at your potassium magnesium and sodium intake. any of those 3 could be a little low or high. taurine has been about the only thing that keeps the back pumps at bay for me

Honestly, that is a lot of water intake which can be counter productive as it can flush important nutrients/ electrolytes out of your body. Get some sodium in there too along with the other things suggested. Not a "guru" but I live with one

Cut the dose in half and back off on the water. MORE IS NOT BETTER and get those electrolytes in. I used to chug Pedialyte when the doc had me on diuretics cause it flushed the good stuff out

mm forgot to mention that he is doing a boat load of cardio on top of training and taking a number of dehydrating compounds. so being over hydrated is most def not an issue with this situation. them pumps are coming from the drol since he isnt getting them in his calves hammies or forearms (which are 99% of the time) when you have an electrolyte imbalance. the taurine should help a lot but it may not get rid of it completely

I'll chime in here and put in a plug for tgb! everyone drink s powerade gatorade.. they give me heartburn and as far as I'm concerned they are overhyped and over priced however I do buy them when they are on sale for .50... tgb sells cytosport s cytomax rtd. They also have the powder however I like the rtd. Price is right! Way better product in my opinion than the others mentioned. Will give you nutrients and needed electrolytes without having to down gallons of water and flushing out nutrients from your system.

i knew that since you didnt say you were getting cramps in your calves forearms hams and or abs that it wasnt an imbalance or water.
