Worst ever was a quad pin, felt normal, nothing funky when I aspirated, then when I pulled out, geyser. Total pain in the ass as I was runnning to work. Hasn't been since (knock wood). Chock it up to bad luck I guess

Pinning never bothered me. I had some poorly made gear one time and it my glute swell up so bad you could tell one cheek was bigger than the other through my pants. My ass was red as a baboon's.
I'm with FIST on this one. It was delt shot with some new gear. Don't know what happened but it got infected, swelled all the way down to my elbow. Couldn't move my shoulder or bend my arm for weeks. Got some antibiotics but the pain sucked!

Delt shot. I was sitting at the corner of the bed and the wife was next to me giving the shot. It sting like shit as soon as she got it in. She asked if she should stop but I said no it already hurts just do it. When she finishes and pulls the pin out I feel something hit my fingers and when I look out the blood is pumping out of my delt with each heart beat. I turned seven shades of grey and sweaty and she screamed "oh my god I killed you." I covered it with my hand and asked her for some Gatorade to drink. The bed looked like someone for their throat slit. It took her months to get the nerve up to do it again.

Delts do produce some of the biggest gushers u explained that in great detail brother I could see that in my mind while I read along.

Well my girl comes over one nite and she decides to stay over . At one point we were laying in bed and I decided to get up and go grab something from the fridge. She smacks me in my ass, I thought I was gonna pass out , THE PAIN !!!
I yelled to the top of my lungs , that's how much it hurt !!!
I was pissed at her for a few days because of it lol !!!
