i hate quads... I either hit a nerve or the last time I was using some zambons I must have hit the wrong spot bc I woke up in the middle of the night and my quad was on fire the pain kept me up all night I took every pain killer we had in the house and yes even script ones like vicodin nothing worked the last time I shot in my quad and the last time I used inj winny........

glutes have never really been a problem.. if I hit a vein I pull out alittle and re-direct........

Same here , no more injections in the quad for me . The last time I got an infection and needed an antibiotic to clear it up . I stick to delts and glutes .

Well how fast are you injecting? Sometimes this is also the cause of pip. I purposely go xtra slow and even pause when pushing the plunger in.It helps greatly especially when inj larger ml's of oil.

By focusing on going xtra slow,it also allows you to stay more steady with the needle.Meaning not moving the pin around while injecting. This is also especially common when hitting glutes due to the awkwardness of the angle you're in. Many time i'll actually let go of the pin when pausing to make sure its still in a straight position from when it first went in.I know this may sound bizarre but try it out and you may be surprised at just how much you tend to move your hand when pinning.Just a natural reaction to your body being in such a twisted position.
that could be it i inject super fast i have bent the pin so many times i try to get it over with and my hands do get shaky thanks guns i think u hit it on the head with this one but that is why i call u the guru

When I was younger I had much more flexibility than I do now and could twist around enough to see the spot I wanted to poke but now I have to look in a mirror to see it clearly. If you're not trying that, give it a shot.

Many times peoples issues with pinning is do to technique. Not saying this is your case but only trying to figure out a cause for your trouble with what info I have.
no im in the right spot noha showed me and with all my research i know im there i even use 1 1-5 inch pin

Hey brother most people hit a vessel when they inject in the gluteals because they are injecting in the wrong spot. Divide the glute into four quadrants and inject in the upper outer quadrant. You can Google it and find diagrams for it. That being said even if you had a vessel you don't have to pull all the way out and stick again. Just pull out slightly redirect at a different angle go back in and re-aspirate.
