LOL been there and done that. Not with tren but sust and mast and like you said. I was not walking right for a while. Lots of heat and just keep working it brother. It will pass, but some Ibuprofen won't hurt either.

LOL I'm only laughing because I've been there many times. Every time I've done something like that, I always swear I'll never do it again. Until the next time I'm hobbling around haha.

Mother fucker its only a little better today. I pinned it in the middle of my left guad towards the outer section where its recommended.
I took a picture of it, i swear it feels just like a tore a muscle i dont think this is normal pain for a new muscle. My other quad was only sore for two days.

Been there before, mixing some high mg test and a water based winstrol shot into the quad. Crippling pain. If you can handle it try a foam roller, that shit solves just about any soreness.
