        Wow, I mean, I thought everyone was 100% honest on the net....

                    creatine , milkthistle or ALA and one everyone seems to neglect Evening Prime Rose Oil that shit work wonders in preventing acne and its also an essential fally acid and a good source of GLA .
                    I would include protien but i am just going to comnsidder that as food instead

                      never but b12 boosts ur immune system and the test flu comes from your immune system being worn down from having trouble adjusting to the fluctuating test levels IMO not directly from the gear and thats why only some people get it.

                            I know everyone gave his two cents but here's mine...

                            First, I saw someone asking about HMB. I took a shit load of that because I got it for almost free. Results? It's a misunderstood product. I took it after a 2 months I haven't worked out (because of personal problems, not a lack of desire). It worked well to get back in shape. I got my original shape faster. After that? I took up to 9-10 grams every day and it didn't done anything great. Maybe if I took those 10 grams for 5-6 months it would work, but for a few weeks, it doesn't make a difference...

                            Here's the 3 best supplements in my opinion, aside of protein since I think you already get your optimal protein intake daily.

                            1-Muliti vitamin complex + extra vitamin C

                            2-Glucorell R

                            3-Essiantial Fatty Acids
