                protein, ala, flax oil, multi vit, creatine, water, real food, a girlfriend who likes to put out too, thats very important when ur on or else the test will make u do some crazy things. at least when u have a girl she gets the pounding and not some other poor girl

                    Um...They are not just liver detoxifiers. ALA is a great anti-oxident that also mimics insulin which would make it very benificial for cutting or Keto diets.

                      Exactely! You're right on the Milk Thistle though, i only take that when taking 17-aa drugs. I take ALA all the time though....

                        Whey protein, Multivitamin, EFA (Flax, Fish oil & CLA), Milk thistle w/ artichoke, and once in a while Green Tea Extract, Ephedrine, and Creatine

                        These are the only supplements i spend my hard earned cash on. And the reason for this is they all have excellent research to back up their usefulness.
