      Bump for tommorow mornings class.

Oh and Clen has been shown to be anti-catabolic............in animals in high doses. Doses equating to 1mg of clen for a 200lb man. Thats 1000mcg, no thanks.

        Key word is ABILITY.

Doesn't mean squat unless you use a substance(AAS) that increases protein synthesis, in order to take advantage of your improved protein turnover rates.

And "absorb"....... Where did I say that?

Steroids simply increase AA utilization...which leads to greater protein synthesis...which leans to greater muscle gain.

I think you're confusing what thyroid hormones can do w/ what steroids can do.

        Ugh.. this is getting cloudy.

I understand that the increased protein turnover rate isn't going to help unless your body needs that extra protein (like while on AAS). I believe I understand how low dose T3 is benificial for bulking.

What I don't understand is when it comes to using high dose T3 (like 100mcg+) to loose weight. In an earlier post, you almost made it out so that your body would target muscle mass over fat (well, sway the ratio towards the more muscle mass side anyway). Did I understand you correctly? And if so, can you explain why/how this happens?

Thanks for all the awesome info BTW.

Fonz, im wondering your thoughts on T3. Do you think that it is safe when used correctly? Have you used T3 with good results? and also, i usually ramp up to only 100mcg, what dose would you consider high? 150? 200? Just curious.

IMO if you have to go up to 200mcg to see fat loss, either you have hypthyroidism, or your diet sucks

I personally would never go above 100mcg, it has worked fine. the reason i am asking this is because I have heard and read a lot of negative statements about the dangers of T3.

so tell me how hypothyroidism would contribute to 200 mcg not being as effective?

hypothyroidism means a low production of t3/t4, not an inefficient use of it ...

I've gone as high as 150mcg.
It's weird, I notice no sides from T3 except slow weight loss. I was ecpecting some sleeplessness, sweating, headaches, anything..

Course I seem to have a problem with alot of oral drugs. I think I have a poor absorbtion rate or something.

                    That's true!

Is there a known condition like this "poor use of T3, not low levels"
