FIRST TIME PCT

I'm debating if I should end my test cycle after 4 months or stay on another month . Either way I want to run clomid and nolvadex for the first time for 3-4 weeks . I remember reading advice from Willaim Llewelyn in Anabolics 2005 on a typical dosage and here it is :


The first ten days : nolvadex 40 mg / clomed 100 mg
The next ten days : nolvadex 20 mg / clomed 50 mg

Does this sound ok or can someone with experience please critique this since I wan tot be successful my first run , thanks guys .

Looks good to me when I use to do pct that's how I did it the nolva works great

Does the clomid/nolva help you hold onto gains or is it strictly to restore lost testosterone ? I know guns mentioned nutrition/ adequate calories throughout the day play a role in holding onto gains as well .

Mountain man will probably disagree with me on this lol, but I would also consider HCG. When I did PCT I would either use nolva or clomid. I never did use both but I don't see the harm. I also used HCG to help my body start producing test again. Just my opinion and something to think about. Nutrition is key to keeping the gains.

No , only orals like dianabol in the beginning and now Anavar . I don't use a anti-estrogen because I don't have any gyno issues . I really wanna stay on a little while longer and then cycle off for a few months .

If you been on 4 months that a good while. You would want some hcg before you pct and mabye even stretch pct out to 5 weeks if you need it.

Do you think I should use hcg while on test or after for maybe 2 weeks then start nolva/clomid ?

No you use it while still on test because it will suppress your natural test production. I do the last shot of hcg and last shot of test the same day. Its just to jump-start your nuts back, the nolva/clomid will take care of the rest.

In the future you can run hcg on and off periodically on cycle and it will keep from getting shut down as bad.

I would do something like this:
Week 1: 100mg clomid/ 40mg nolva per day
weeks 2-4: 50mg clomid/20mg nolva per day
week 5 : 20mg nolva per day

Clomid made feel shitty as hell! Ill never run it again,

I use strictly Nolva and my last pct went great.
