Re: logs i would like to see more from our great members
A few years ago i was very dedicated to doing a log and now im like blah, it takes alot for me to sit down and write everything out. Im on test/tren and have being getting amazing gains. I really should do a log. I just end up forgetting most of the time.
I do agree I like reading logs as well!

I use word for my workout and excel for my diet so I can auto sum the counts. Easier to have it there I just add and subtract food as I go. Cut and paste. Rake always catches me rereading through the threads and accuses me of narcissism. I'm just trying to learn or remember something that someone helped me with.

I would love to do that but I'm so blind I'd have to carry readers around with me along with everything else. I am already Granny enough!Originally posted by gusto77 View PostI use my iPhone which is also my music to log my workouts. I log them all in the inotepad between sets, and then copy and paste to FG. Easy and convenient.

a log is a tool and is as important as being consistent with your diet. it is a tool where you track and hold yourself accountable. the way i look at it is when things stop working or you start feeling nasty you can go back and look and see if you changed something. if the weights arent moving up or if the body weight is going up or down. you need to keep as much detail and consistency in your logs as possible or else your just trodding along blindly. it also doesnt just apply to competitors it even goes for that normal person just trying to get better and look better. you can see and figure out what works and what doesntTGBSupplements REP

I keep a journal as I actually do my training and then transfer my workout to FG. I look at my log as more of a teaching tool for others. I also prefer to blog my log more than just write what I did. Its cool checking out the different styles. I like the ones with videos. No b*llshittin there- lolKeep your gifts; I'll work for mine.
