its pretty damn uncomfortable right now but it seems to be get softer each day.
i did get up this morning and walked 3 miles at a moderate pace with no pain. i weighed myself this morning thinking i gained at least 10 pounds but loss 5 which is weird. my stomach feels bloated still.Comment
