I'm training a few girls for a couple fitness comps coming up. 2 of them want to jump on some var but they asked if there would be any complications with them being on birth control. I haven't given that any thought until now so I'm hoping someone here can help me out.

the ladies i have worked with all have been using mirana and they had no issues. they ran var on the low end between 10-25 depending on the girl. now their is a write up on here that says that it is not known if it will impact the use of birth control. my professional opinion is that if they are using the pill or anything other than the mirana device i would have them drop the bc all together at 8-9wks out. i do that cause it helps with water and leaning out better. i will dig that up and post the link for you though cause their are about 10 million ways to skin a catTGBSupplements REP
