Worst reaction I ever had was quads. The quad got all red around the site and it hurt to walk for a few days. Now I only hit glutes and delts...... -

biceps suck really bad cause if you have a bad one it sucks to do anything and you use your arms all day. legs come a second for the same reason but normally they are far more tolerableTGBSupplements REP
