If my blood pressure stays low will I still need to give blood due to high RBC? My BP is around 110/80 every time I take it.

if your bp isnt climbing then you should be in the clear. what you will notice from elevated rbc is the bp, nose bleeds, head aches and some lethargy. so if you are feeling good i wouldnt worry about it but at the same time you really dont know without blood work

You can also exoerience SOB with a high RBC and hematocrit. Giving bllod is just not foir the high bp, it is mostly to help reduce those other levels.

Ok thank you. I'm only about 4 weeks in so, I'll wait a little bit and donate blood just to be safe. I haven't noticed any sob or lethargy, I feel better than normal over all right now.

I been running eq for 16 weeks. Have not given blood. I get blood work done next Tuesday.

^ im about the same as you a little less in how long ive been running it though. I was running it at 600mg/ew for a while and a few weeks ago upped it to 900mg ew. Im going to give blood here soon though.
