    Re: restart test production

i read 500 iu ed for 10 days while using a serm for 20. anything over 500iu may be wasteful as it will only stimulate so much and 500iu is many times more than your body produced even during puberty

the biggest downside to using hcg is that it suppresses just like using test does. it will bump up your sex drive and pump up your boys but as far as jumping your test production into range not so much. that is esp true for us older guys. the best you can do and this is just my opinion is to using a good anti estro to keep your estro down so that your body will sense it and try to bring the test levels back up to within range. i think what dirt is doing is the best course by using his doc to try to get back where he should be cause 9 out of 10 times once you roll into your 30s and you been hitting the sauce for a bit the less likely you are to be able to completely come off and hit natural levels again

I ran Dr Michael Scally protocol for restart. It has been several years since I did it but you can google him and probably find the layout.

It did get me back up and running, also my wife got pregnant.

However after a few months T levels dropped back down in the gutter. I played around a couple of years trying to naturally get it up with no luck. Then started HCG as my HRT...got it up to 800 consistently but that faded and stopped working after a year or so. So I have been on legit TRT 100mg/week for almost 2 years now.

        Just sharing my experience.

that's what i was alluding too man. if you are in your 20s hell yeah you can have a really good shot and jump starting it back up but as we creep to closer to 30 and over not so much. hcg does give a nice jump start but just like with your experience it will fade away. the same goes with gnrh as well. best thing to do if you dont want to trt and cant get your nat levels up is to control your estrogen. but hrt is a great route to keep you healthy and happy

                Re: restart test production

I was running test keeping levels about 1400 for about 8 months. My prostate is enlarged and hardened on 1 side. I got a biopsy which is not fun at all cause you are fully awake. I got sick during the procedure it hurt so bad.
The prostate and thyroid nodules and bad back kinda makes me think I need to get my health in check before going on self prescribed TRT. Who knows maybe a doc will put me on a prescribed TRT that will be cool

Im a big fan of suspension, ace and prop (shit there are time when that is my stack) even if im using say test e ill stick with 400-600mgs e/w and bump up the mgs with faster acting tests like ace and prop. Its all about blood plasma levels, you get almost 100% out of 1cc of suspension where you get prob high 40's to low 50's %wise with 1cc of test e, takes a long time waiting for overlapping to happen for enanthate to reach peak levels and they dont hang around forever like some compounds. Use to love sust but hate the deconate ester so i rarely use it anymore. I wish somebody would start making Omadrin, that stuff will blow you up right!

1400 seems high for TRT...that is just my opinion. At 100mg/week divided into two small 50mg dosages mine stays religeously at 700-800 and I feel pretty good. My PSA is always good. My doc never checks my estrogen. She is a dummie in that regard.

I have still been training. I changed it up a little. More cardio, I train more reps and more sets with medium weight. I warm up each body part more thoroughly and train to fatigue or beyond with negatives once a week on each body part.
Still making gains in lean muscle mass and loosing fat. Actual stregnth has decreased some.
Will get a blood test soon to see what actual test # are.

Personally I feel if you are natural negatives aren't the best idea. You dont have the fast recovery you did when you have high test levels or taking AS. That is just my opinion.
