Long time since i have been on the board here also, (long story) but glad to be back! So, how are your results coming along?

I like the idea of low dose cycling. If everyone started out cycling at low doses and slowly worked up over time, they could do this for a very long time without causing too much permanent damage. It seems the mindset of most guys is to push as much juice in their body as they can when they should be letting their diet and training do the talking. The gear should just be the icing on the cake. I'm cycling 300mg test and 200mg tren right now, that's it! Only 500mg total each week and some guys are baffled that I can make gains on this lol.

may look at taking some omega 3s in your setup as well as adding a good fiber supplement on top of what you are already doing. i use sugar free metamucell myself. cool thing i learned about fiber is that in order for it to be fully affective it needs to be used without sugar present so it can stick to all the bad stuff and pull it out.
Yeah I know genetics does play a huge role...I just really question if borderline high cholesterol needs to be addressed with meds. Also everything I read these days on heart health points more to inflammation than anything else.

In terms of omega-3 I try and take fish oil capsule daily (1-3 capsules)...ran out of capsules so I am taking TBSP of liquid fish oil several days a week. I have some psyillum husk capsules but do not take them unless fiber is low in a meal. I tried taking them on a regular basis and butthole got a bit raw from it.

That is interesting about the sugar present...never heard of that before.

Before I started PCT it was high. I tried for a year or two getting my test levels up naturally and they barely budged. During this time and after TRT they stay right around 200.

My doc keeps pushing me to get on chol. lowering medicine but I dont agree with that. My levels are not through the roof. I have tried lately to really get fiber intake up and more energy expenditure up to see if my levels improve. I go early Jan. for blood work. After that I may start this cycle.

Really? Interesting. My numbers are always borderline high. Total usually around 210 and good (HDL) coming in around 45-50 and bad is usually a little high. Not sure why. Been like that for 4 years. I thought my diet was okay. May be some hormone off causing it to run high.

Diet by the way is as followed:
    Breakfast
    3 Eggs
    3 Egg Whites
Starch is either - protein pancakes, oatmeal, ezekial bread, or a high fiber cereal

    Lunch
Protein - chicken, beef, fish, etc.
    Starch - rice or potato
Vegetables - Kimchi or steamed brocolli

    Post Workout
    50 grams of whey protein
Gatorade mixed in with protein and sometimes fruit or oatmeal on side

    Dinner
Large serving of protein (chicken, pork, beef, fish, etc.)
    Vegetable (green beans, broc, etc.)
Starch - pasta, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
    Usually have dessert

    Before Bed
If I am hungry I will eat a bowl of high fiber cereal or sandwich.
