Wow extremely intriguing to read some of your guys experiences. I recently just started again and had forgot how awesome test is. And for that reason I'm really going to try and discipline myself to stick to the less is more idea and time on equals time off. This thread actually is making me consider lowering my doses for my next run. Great thread!
It he longest break I've taken in the last seven years was 3 weeks this past September. I'm at a point in my life where I'm probably not going to have another child and at 38 yrs old I'm focusing on my goal weight of 240lbs of offseason weight and then beginning to recomp as much of that as possible. I'm sitting at 220 on most days and abs never disappear but I'm not ripped. Just started my blast and just going classic test, deca, dbol and some cheque drops for intensity. Doses will be 1250, 600, 50 and 1mg for the first month and then probably increase each by 50% except cheque will drop out. I had a complete metabolic panel back in December and again in aug and the only things I had to deal with were high bp, which I now take lisinopril for and a trace amount of blood in my urine. Urologist found nothing wrong with my bladder, I had to have a scope, which I don't recommend. Prostate was enlarged but he said it was soft which implies it is swollen but that it wasn't something to be overly concerned with. Oh and my good cholesterol was low, 12 when it should be 30. Bad cholesterol was 130 which was low as well but the ratio of good/bad was not favorable. I increased fiber in my diet and included some cardio. Second round of bloodwork had good cholesterol up to 18(50% increase), bad cholesterol down to 94 but had some elevated liver values. There wasn't anymore blood in the urine either. For me I feel the sides I have experienced are minimal and manageable considering the amount of time spent on. Oh and to touch on fertility, we conceived my son after the first 2.5yrs of this run. While everyone's body is different this has been my experience thus far and I am thankful for my blessings.
I like to be about 6 months into HGH use before I start to cruise or cycle off. It makes a huge difference when the AAS starts to get out of your system.
I just love HGH. I find myself hoarding small amounts of cash here and there to make sure I can get more.
To add to what fist said, Another reason we stop growing on a never ending cycle is that the body keeps increasing cortisol to try and keep homeostasis and combat the muscle we keep adding. Suddenly the same dose becomes ineffective and the body either needs a break to allow cortisol to get back to normal or you increase gear to top things in the favor of anabolism.
Been off for about 7 months now, but am itching to get back on. Before I cycled off I was on for about 13 months, but was worried about fertility issues as I'm only 29. It was a tough month or so when I finished up, things definitely came back slower, but now I've lost a lot of gains and work has been crazy so haven't been able to get into the gym more than 3 times a week. Planning to gear up in a few weeks. Back on the train. Nothing like being on.
