      I go 6 on, 1 off, or 6 on two off, i listen to my body, it tells me when i need to rest.
      I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
      I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

        Dotn give me any crap about your body grows when it rest, i know that, im growing fine. Your body doesnt say, okay its been 24 hours since you worked out last, i can grow now. Just like it doesnt care if your split is 7 days or 10 days. When off, I run a 9 day split. On its 7 or 8.

            Dont worry MYRICK, I type horrid too, but i can spell, my fingers cant though it seems.

                          i am currently training 3 days a week, it is killing me but i have never been this big, so it must have merit. it is also low volume.

                            I just started

                            Mon: Chest
                            Tues: Legs
                            Wed: Off
                            Thurs: Arms
                            Fri: Shoulders
                            Sat: Back
                            Sun: Off


                            Does anyone see a problem with combing shoulders and back on Saturdays so that gets me Friday off as well? I am not sure if I am fully recovered from arm day for a Fri shoulder WO.
