Dotn give me any crap about your body grows when it rest, i know that, im growing fine. Your body doesnt say, okay its been 24 hours since you worked out last, i can grow now. Just like it doesnt care if your split is 7 days or 10 days. When off, I run a 9 day split. On its 7 or 8.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

Thurs: Arms
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: Back
Sun: Off
Does anyone see a problem with combing shoulders and back on Saturdays so that gets me Friday off as well? I am not sure if I am fully recovered from arm day for a Fri shoulder WO.
